Hey Dylan, another great video. After working with Brilliance AI for some time I find it steps on the highlights a bit too much. It would be nice if there were a slider in preferences to tone it down.

Yes, I second that!

I agree with Andre. Your video cleared up my confusion about how to fine tune things. That was a brilliant tutorial on Brilliance AI.

All of your tutorials are great, but this one is beyond that high standard. Congratulations. ON1 has done a fantastic job setting up Brilliance AI, and you have covered all of he complexities beautifully.
I would like to show this tutorial to our DIGITS image editing group (mgdigits.com). Is it possible for you to send me a copy of the image that you use in the tutorial? I would like to use it in a live demo as we follow along with your video.

Would have been even more valuable and informative than it is if this video had been available when Brilliance AI was first introduced. Very helpful for those of us who don’t dig too deeply into the settings so thumbs up for this video.

Thanks for all the useful videos. Might be useful to learn more on how to embed picture information which is also easily visible outside ON1. It szzms that when doing “embedding” some of the original data are replaced?

Hi Dylan, Thanks again for the perfect demonstration. As already outlined by Keith and seconded by David, Brilliance AI seems to have a tendency to lower the values for highlights and whites. As shown also in your video it sometimes would however be helpful to even pull up these values (or one of them) to e.g. give a little more life to the scene.
Referring to your explanation of the Brilliance AI preferences, I can imagine that an option “Highlights” (and/or “Whites”) under “Customize Brilliance AI” would be a good improvement to tackle this. Maybe an idea for a future update?

Beautiful video that clearly explains how Brilliance AI “works”.
For my part, I find that it gives a good idea of the adaptations to be made on the photo.
In other words, it can be a very good starting point for editing your photo.
It’s especially good to be able to activate it from the browser.
Thank you for this video.
Very well done and interesting as always.
