My question: Did you have a specific reason for this procedere and secondly, doesโnt it make a difference to e.g. first adjust the Lightning and then apply noise reduction and sharpening?

As far as I understand, NoNoise & Sharpening is applied to the RAW photo, before any edits are applied. You will notice this when you compare the before/after; the before will always be shown without any previously added edits.
