If i want to send my surfer pic to the printer so it can be framed in a say, 8×12. …… what is the best way to deal with this…. I think in photoshop, you can create a 8×12 canvas and paste your image inside. Then you would probably have a white border around your image.. which you could manipulate in photoshop till it looks proper.
