This free LUT pack will provide you with darker, more vibrant color tones while subduing the exposure of your photo a bit to give it an urban moody look. Some of the free LUTs in this pack will work to decrease your shadow and mid-tones to showcase your highlighted areas, playing on light well in your photo.
