Unziping with windows integrated tool (as recommanded), Installing them (right clic /open with .ON1) , it says 0 files installed with no errors.
I also tried starting ON1 in admin mode, then get to preset directory through Settings /Import preset, with same result.
Same behaviour with other free bonus packs.
I may open a ticket for that I guess.
